The aim of this piece of filming was to create and build a shanty town within a Car Park on an estate in Tower Hamlets for the feature film - ‘Children of Men’
Consultation with the residents and Tower Hamlets Housing department was important to how the filming was managed and arrangements were put in place to try to ensure all residents and businesses were happy.
