Steps Brings the Nostalgia with "Story of a Heart"
Weller Media Agency teamed up with 90s superstars Steps (known for songs such as "Tragedy" and "5, 6, 7, 8") to make a music video for the band's new album Tears on the Dancefloor. The video features the members of Steps reminiscing about the past 20 years of making music together, looking through a photo album at old pictures. After reflecting on their shared history the band sits in the garden outside, having a dance and laughing together.
The entire production was based at Woodland House where the band was filmed in the rose garden, rooftop garden, and the interiors of the house. "This location offers a great deal of versatility, which the production used to its full capacity." notes Private Locations Booker Erana McKinlay. "Woodland House feels like one of the band members' homes, while also looking professional and modern on camera."
The official music video "Story of a Heart" was released in June, and has accumulated over 350,000 views on YouTube. To mark its release the official Steps Twitter account tweeted "Hope you all enjoy this one, we had so much fun making it!". Producer Tara Barlett echoed these sentiments, saying "The Film Office were able to provide us with a location within our budget that suited all our requirements. We had a great day shooting our music video and the entire team was very happy with how it turned out."
